You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 638club Platform without the prior written consent of 638club.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 638club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
638club's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 638club account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 638club's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

638club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 638club reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may close your 638club account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 638club's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 638club will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
638club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 638club will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the 638club Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
